Agent & Pro Sub-admin Agreement

Team commission
For qualifying team sales, gross agent commission is allocated 70% to the selling agent, 20% to the recruiting Pro sub-admin and 10% to the platform admin. Commission is earned only when an order passes approval. Refunds and reversals remove the related earnings.
Recruitment and transfers
Recruitment is unlimited but must be honest. Existing agents must accept a team invitation. Transfers between Pro teams require agent consent and platform-admin approval. Duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake customers and commission farming are prohibited.
Pricing authority
Vouchers have a GH₵17 wholesale floor. Agents may set their own resale price unless their Pro sub-admin sets and locks a team price. Locked prices cannot be overridden by the agent. The platform admin retains final authority and all changes may be audited.
Withdrawals and negative balances
Withdrawals follow the limits, hours and identity checks shown in the dashboard. If refunded commission was already withdrawn, the account may carry a negative balance and future earnings are applied to it before another withdrawal. Fraud, chargebacks or policy violations may suspend withdrawals.
Customer care and conduct
Agents must advertise accurately, protect customer information, never request OTPs or passwords, issue no false delivery promises, and escalate unresolved delivery or refund disputes to Elite Data support. Repeated violations can result in removal from a team or account suspension.
